O-ring oversized and sheared off

Just a sleeve with 2 o-rings..... review would be better if the larger diameter side oring wasnt over sized and sheared off first attempt to get it on the silencer. Other than that and it being a special o-ring and hard to find to replace. Feel like for what I paid I should get a replacement o-ring free....
