Ordering a large piece of fitness equipment online made me a little nervous, but everything arrived in great condition. The quality has been excellent, and I use it several times every week.

The machine arrived well packaged and all the parts were included. Once assembled, it felt secure and well made. It's heavy, but that also makes it feel stable during use.

I still think of it as a substantial piece of equipment, but the fact that it folds makes a huge difference in a smaller home. It's a nice balance between function and practicality.
