After years of training, my flexibility isn’t what it used to be. This has been great for targeted stretching, especially through my hips and lower back. Solid piece of equipment that does exactly what I need.

I’ve been rehabbing a back issue, and this has helped me safely work on extension and posture. It feels sturdy, which gives me confidence when using it regularly.

I use this in private sessions, and it’s been very reliable. The spacing on the ladder works well for different body types, and the barrel padding is comfortable without being too soft.
