Oak Ladder Barrel White

This has helped so much with tightness in my lower back and shoulders. One of my favorite Pilates pieces now.

I’ve been using this ladder barrel for a few weeks now, and it’s been a great addition to my routine. The white finish looks really clean, and the frame feels super sturdy.

I mainly got this for stretching and mobility work, and it’s been perfect. The curve is comfortable, and the padding gives just the right amount of support.
