catfish is always wonderful !!! NC catfish in my opinion tops MS & LA

have bought their NC bred catfish many times in recent yrs - and honestly like the mild taste a bit better than Guidry's which is carried by many of the local groceries along the gulf coast - I LOVE catfish - so all brands get favorable ratings from this soul, but NC is my favorite of the group

Not a Sizzlefish Favorite

The catfish filet is my last box was just OK; the taste was fine but the filet shrunk up quite a bit. I probably will not order it again, rather I will stick with various cuts of white fish (cod, haddock, sablefish) and sushi grade tuna.

Perfect Catfish Portion!

I sliced the catfish, seasoned, breaded, and lightly pan fried for dinner and my entire family absolutely loved it! Will definitely order again!
