Arlan Jacket - Bear

Item is great, customer service is not.

Items arrived and out of the 5 items I bought, one of them didn't work out. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with the customer service. They won't answer the questions I brought up to them and the shipping costs are higher than the cost of the item which my son cannot wear. This was the first and last time I shopped at this store. I would rather purchase things in places where they actually care about their customers.
