Everything the ads claim is spot-on! An example: I have installed one above the cat's feeding station in the kitchen; and after their first Whaa reaction when the Uma turned on for them, they now feed happily whenever without rattling me awake in the middle of the night. You do need to read and follow the instructions before installation, but they are straight-forward.

They work great. They have motion control for day and night or manual own. I used some in my wardrobe they did wonderful even at 12 inch. 16inch in my pantry

I bought these to replace another motion sensing light I had under my kitchen cabinet. I love these lights. They are easy to install, no measuring and drilling holes for screws. The motion sensors are sensitive; they turned on even when my cat walked across the floor. I didn't expect they would have a motion sensor setting for days when it's cloudy as well as the night mode. I love that they come on slowly and fade rather than snap on like flipping a light switch. I purchased 2 and got one free. Wasn't sure what I would do with the free one but the booklet on ways to use the lights gave me some great ideas. I definitely recommend these.
