2.5kg Mix Your Own Pick n Mix Bucket

I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I ordered a bucket of sweets as a gift for my daughter, but the package arrived completely destroyed. The plastic bucket had shattered during transit, spreading sharp plastic shards throughout the box and making the sweets entirely unsafe to consume.When I contacted customer service about this safety hazard, the response from Renz was completely unacceptable. Instead of taking the issue seriously, they made excuses about the courier and tried to dismiss my concerns by explaining "best before" dates on out-of-date items. To make matters worse, they only offered a insulting £5 voucher for a future order (which requires a minimum £20 spend) rather than taking responsibility for the ruined, dangerous items.The entire order is a safety hazard and had to be thrown away. Offering a voucher instead of a refund or replacement is terrible business practice. Avoid this company if you value safety and decent customer care.

The attached was an example, but this was not the only product which was expired. The squashies were firm on one side, the toxic waste expires may 2026 (this month) when, as best as I recall, the bucket should last 3 months, and some of the sweets tasted stale. I've ordered 3 tubs before and they have been great, but this bucket was not good. I'm sorry. I wasn't going to complain, I don't like to complain, but after being asked for my feedback I had to say something. I can't give feedback about the 1kg bag or the 250g bags, as they were gifts for others.

Great communication, well packaged. Sweets taste amazing! 100% will be back!!!
