Hyped up Assam type tea
A stronger version of the Assam tea, but with more astringency. So, the stronger you want this tea, use more pearls. I had to pare down to using 2 pearls per 8oz to make it more palatable. Taste is subjective, so there are many who will find this tea great. Just too dry of an aftertaste for my liking. Could not taste this caramelized sugar\chocolate flavor.
