I love it! The quality is amazing and it’s well-thought through. I use it cross-body and as a backpack.
I just have a teeny tiny thing I’d like to feedback you:
The bag fits quite a lot of things (which is why I bought it and it’s really great that it works so well!). However, that makes it quite heavy. If I want to wear it cross-body, the strap gets quite uncomfortable at my collarbone. Maybe you could offer a (removable) shoulder pad(?) as an accessory? :)
(I looked online for that but only found ugly ones. ..)

Deutsche Anleitung wäre super! Riemen verstellt sich leicht! Dachte, dass Leder ist „glatter“; für Laptop sehr eng. Bin gespannt, wie die Tasche aussieht, wenn sie verwendet wird (Form).
Zusätzlicher Beutel für Trinkflasche (wasserdicht) wäre wünschenswert, um Laptop zu schützen bzw. das Innenfutter.
