Metabolism + Power Protein Set

So far so good

In routine for almost 2months of pills in morning & protein drink for breakfast. I think it has helped my energy and sustain weight I lost prior to starting this regimen so I’m satisfied. Can’t tell if reduces cravings/hunger, but don’t have same bloating either which is nice!

1st month in and seems to really be starting to improve my overall appetite. Excited to keep going.

Easy and simple to mix in water and tastes good as well.
