The whole process was incredibly thoughtful during a really difficult time - the end result is something that I’ll cherish forever. The impression bracelet of my dog's paw turned out beautiful! So well-crafted and quite a staple piece. I would order again for sure. My only note is that we had issues with international shipping.

I sadly lost my dad three months ago. Before he passed, my daughter found Le Mela and we purchased a bracelet and a ring with his fingerprint. The day before my dad passed, I received an email from Le Mela explaining that his fingerprint wasn’t deep enough and would need to be re-done. Sadly, he passed away the very next day. I was devastated. My daughter contacted Le Mela to ask if there was anything they could do, and they were absolutely amazing. They were so sympathetic and kind, and told us to leave it with them. Their jewellers cleverly used my daughter’s ring to create my charm, and a few weeks later it arrived. I cannot thank you enough for what you have done for me – it means the world to have this keepsake of my dad. I would highly recommend Le Mela to anyone considering memorial jewellery. 💕
