The books are lovely, well made & easy to use. I had bought two as gifts and they love them. Delivery is really slow so make sure you leave a lot of time between ordering & needing (my order took 4 weeks from purchase to delivery!). Customer service needs a business plan - the owner was lovely and responsive to my emails asking where my order was but there had been no thank-you for your purchase email, estimated delivery email, sorry for the delays email, update on my order or anything like that which for the amount of money I paid is not really ok. I’m happy I shopped from a small business and they arrived just in time to start before our reception school year starts. They are lovely keepsake books.
