When purchased, i pad alot, and on top of the price i paid another $35 for duty. And they even forgot one to package one of the bags i purchased. I sent email to request another bag, and the AI responded that an investigation would be done to figure out what happened. It's been over a week and no response. It's my first order and this is the customer experience i have received. It seems like they don't care.
