Hi. It’s good that you have this kind of feedback system, because otherwise I probably wouldn’t have decided to leave a review. I ordered a dress for my girlfriend, and unfortunately it had a snag on it. Also, it was placed in a very large box with only paper wrapping inside, so it was just moving around during shipping. In my opinion, if the box is that large, the item should also be packed in a protective bag. The box itself was also heavily damaged, although I understand that this is probably the courier’s fault, not yours. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any photos of the box.

Item had white stretch mark type marks on it, and shoulders/arms have a super strange fit that traps your arms down. So disapointing because this dress looked so cute.
