Started taking this after a recent diagnosis of PCOS/ PMOS. I think I’m 3 weeks in and wow. I have noticed I’m more energised, sleeping better, less bloated, and I have actually lost half a stone (possibly water weight) since drinking this daily.- I’ve struggled with my weight for sooo long and couldn’t loose weight even going to the gym 5 X a week. Yes, this is just my personal experience- but I would genuinely recommend this to anyone thinking of buying!
