Eternal - Red Necklace

It looks very nice has good weight and the chain feels very robust, cant speak on the quality of the small bits that hold the crystals in place but as long as i dont use it while doing heavy physical activities i cant imagine them falling out anytime soon

The item itself is beautiful well made but my biggest complaint is customer service. I spoke to many different people and none of them helped me i explained that I was 82 years old and I'm doing the best I could do and they just kept passing me on to somebody else nobody wanted to do their job nobody wanted to help me

The product shipped in a very timely manner, only arriving 4 days when I ordered it. The necklace came in a beautiful black jewelry box and boxed with care. The product itself is exactly as shown on the website. The red on the pendant is best seen when it is basking in light. The pendant carries some reassuring heft to it and most definitely feels like stainless steel. Meticulous detail on the pendant is apparent, and the chain it comes on was surprisingly nice, too. Very satisfied with my purchase.
