Good quality but lack of customer support

So i place the order for an L and they sent me an XL. I made the return placement in their portal, emailed them and until now i got no response (almost 2 weeks ago). A bit sad. My boyfriend is waiting for their birthday present until now... The quality its very good but just hire someone to do your emails man...
