Barebells Caramel Cashew

Love this proofuct - and i love have autmatic ship. - but twice now - all bars melted because delivered to front door in 100 degree heat. There needs to be labeling on putaise not to leave in direct inlight - etc. The ice packs dont help in thos kind of heat. We eat them but they are a sticky meds

I’ve been purchasing Barebells for years from Trader Joe’s with no problem. I don’t know why I decided to order them directly from the brand but I did and it was a mistake. I purchased three boxes and had to pay the extra “cooling” delivery fee and they still arrived completely melted and smushed. I’ve tried reaching out to the company multiple times to rectify the problem but all I got was an AI response telling me they will get back to me, it’s been a week and multiple attempts and no response.

I love the Cookies + Caramel bar, so I figured I’d try the Caramel Cashew. It doesn’t disappoint! Very yummy. I kinda wish it had some of the crunch of the Cookies + Caramel, but it’s nevertheless delicious.
