The best top ever came around the customs and over the sea and in my mind there is a fairytale of rowing pirates in the canal, searching for a way to deliver my shirt to me....

Twice sent marked t-shirts

I ordered a t-shirt and when it arrived it was stained in several places. I reached out to the customer service team and to their credit they responded very quickly, apologised and sent off a new t-shirt within 24hrs. However when this arrived it was also very slightly stained in areas. The stains were not very apparent, and to be honest I couldn't be bothered to reach out again so I decided not to raise it. However I would not order from The Spark Company again. I am raising this now as you have asked for my honest feedback, I am not seeking any further replacement.
