Opened it up and could not peel the backing off to reach the sticky adhesive part. I tried several different spots and if it did start to peel, it peeled the whole back off to where I could see through to other side.

Put it up for my cat and he wasn't interested. Disappointing

This item took a very long time to arrive, but we were still excited to install it for our cats. It took about an hour to remove the backing from the adhesive, which was frustrating, and it did not come with the attached toy as shown in the pictures. So far, one cat will scratch it to humor us, but the other doesn't care for it. Perhaps that will change over time. But, if not. I'm hopeful it won't also rip the paint off the wall...
