Wasn’t what I expected doesn’t do anything for my dogs … I thought my dogs would be cool lying on them but no my dogs lie on then for a couple of minutes then back on the floor wasn’t impressed at all with the cooling mats

The product is nowhere what i expected ; too small ( i asked for large) it does not feel cool, in fact the opposite.
I feel i have not been treated fairly; i demand my money back.

This is not what i expected at all it is tiny and not suitable for my dog and the price for what it is leaves me gobsmacked it is way too much money
