Poor quality

I purchased the Fairisle jumper in Green just before Christmas. After only a few wears it looks like I’ve had it for years: Covered in bobbly bits and no shape. Having worn shirts from this company for years and been very happy with the quality; I’m afraid I won’t be purchasing any more jumpers. Very disappointing.
