On the days when you are getting short strikes on poppers. Or the fish are there but turned off. I highly recommend throwing a riptide. I reel it almost as fast as I possibly can with a little twitch and it has been my most successful lure here in Thailand. I think nomad is the best balance of quality and value on the market.
