Pretty good

Not bad as comfortable backup - but it really needs insert/booster pad. And most definitely extra larger, tight-fitting diaper cover and rubber pants. Also would recommend much more padding along sides for male side sleepers. Not recommended for large diaper-wearers, too difficult to pin securely in place.
