I AM VERY UPSET WITH THIS PURCHASE. I have tried to contact you multiple times. The dress is not made correctly and bubbles at the shoulders. On top of that I OWE $40 IN IMPORT DUTIES on top of the $40 I already paid in shipping fees. I'm going to contact my credit card company as I feel I have been scammed.
