My third Lighthouse coat

I bought this to replace an old Lighthouse coat that had lasted a good 12 years with lots of wear. It isn’t pure cotton like my last one but is lightweight, warm and very comfortable. It comes up as a looser fit and the arms are quite long. It is shower proof. There were some loose threads and stitch misses here and there. I am petite and thought it would be too long for me but it is a great length for the foul weather and does not swamp me as I thought it might. The rust colour is lovely and does not show mud on dog walks! Overall it offers excellent value for money at the sale price.

It’s a lovely warm coat and a great colour.. plenty of room for layers on really cold days too.
