Smaller than expected

I usually have to order larger than I normally wear because tall sizes are hard to come by, unfortunately with that, I did order a larger shirt and it showed up still kind of small even before first wash shrink. Other than that, the fabric feels nice, just a shame its not really a wear outside shirt and more of a wear at home shirt.
