Conker Ava
Stunning bag!! The lock really elevates it. I've several bags in conker and now another fave. This gives a smart feel to it with the cute lock. Love that it's more of a structured feel and the top handle makes it easy to grab before putting it cross body. Love it! As always Emma's customer service is first class.

Beautiful bag; excellent customer service
Having waited for some weeks for the Conker Ava Satchel to come back in stock, expectation was high. I was delighted with the satchel when it arrived but the strap was rather too long. Emma responded very quickly to my request to have the strap made shorter and it now hangs at the perfect position for me. I love the design and the leather is beautiful. I am a little fearful that the front catch will scratch as it is quite prominent but I love the design and all bags look fine with a little wear and tear. My only minor disappointment with the bag is that I would have preferred the strap buckle to have been at the back. That said, having the buckle at the front means it doesn’t dig in to me as I’m driving.
