EZ Mag Mount™

Great and reliable product but could use one additional option

The mag mount is the most reliable one I've used. I purchased this to leave in another vehicle and to travel with by plane. One thing I wish was offered because I know the cost would be a minimum. A piece of plexiglass or Lexan that offers the ability to protect the surface of the suction cup during travel. The cup unprotected in a work bag collects dirt and debris.

Not recieved poor communication

I had to ask 4 times where the item was. It was supposed to come with my $200 repair but was not in the box (not to mention my repair was not completed properly and it had to go back). There was ZERO communications it would ship without. I called and spoke with Jose who was not very happy to assist, saying it was hard to believe I didn’t get it, and it was like I was a nuisance not a valued customer. He promised the missing cord and mount would ship asap, but didn’t again either no comms back to me. I reached out several more times all saying it was on the way, until the last agent informed me it’s on back order and he didnt know that on the last time I had asked. Poor communication on this, and not feeling like a value customer doesn’t feel like you stand behind your services. I have your products in 4 cars and have recommended you, but service is lacking. It’s a shame because that goes back to your policies, procedures, people and training. All fixable

Mr

Completely satisfied with the level of service that I received from the representative. He was very caring and considerate of my needs.
