Great Customer Service

Unfortunately, when we received the 70L cooler it was too big for us. It was totally our fault. Case Place has given us fantastic customer service for returning the 70L and reordering the 50L cooler. Very pleasant to talk to and understanding. Looking forward to reviewing our new 50L cooler once we receive it.
