I am OBSESSED with the look and quality and comfort of the piece!! It is just a tad big, and I wish I didnt have to squeeze together the ring because it ruins the spacing of the design! I like that it has a gap but when I tighten it - it doesnt! But such an adorable ring I love her <3

Poor quality item
Unfortunately, a significant piece of the ring has detached, making it completely unusable. This is very disappointing, as I expected a product of good quality.
I kindly request either:
A free exchange for the same model in perfect condition, or
A full refund of the purchase price.
Please let me know the steps I need to follow to return the damaged item. I can provide photos of the defect if required.
