Lower Back Ice Pack Wrap

Thank you for being a great company. I did receive the one you shipped last. The first one showed up with just the empty clear envelope. Without hesitation you sent another. I am saddened that you don’t offer additional ice packs for the back brace. I almost didn’t purchase.

I would have given it 5 stars but you can’t order extra ice pack inserts. Once the one is warm you have to wait for it to freeze again. Not very convenient

Works just like it said it would would definitely purchase this product again!!!
