These leggings are extremely compressed and not something you’d want to wear unless doing an intense workout. Also runs small! I am 5 ft, 120 LBS and a M was too small.

I tried a few different styles of kiava leggings. These are my favorites! I’m 5’8” 124lbs. I wear a small in most brands and these fit true to size. Although I’ve had to buy medium in kiava more compression leggings.

First time purchasing

They fit nice but a little tight around the calf muscle.
