These cat's-eye polishes are SO FUN to play with! They can be sheer, so they really shine when there is a colored base beneath them. The first time I used one, I started with a red base. I don't remember which number I used but Holy Mother of....what color IS it? Depending on which direction the light hit, it was coppery, or fuchsia, or green! I couldn't stop looking at it shifting. This last time, I started with a flat blue base and used 1201, and I am even more obsessed. This one shifts green or dark blue depending on the direction, and it has so much depth and sparkle. It's the only thing I ever want on my nails now...until the next discovery!
