So I bought extra Alginate packets because the ones in the original box were substandard and but the new plaster packets were substandard so not happy and will contact the comapny about a refund

I ordered a full casting kit and frame in November to make a hand and foot cast for my newborn. Despite following the instructions, the tutorial provided was unclear, and the plaster mixture turned out far runnier than shown in the video, resulting in missing toes when the mould was removed. I then ordered a refill kit, which arrived promptly, but the alginate powder was noticeably different in colour and texture. It began setting within about 30 seconds, becoming unusable before I could place my baby’s hands into the mould. I contacted the seller for clarification but received no response. Given the cost and repeated issues, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here. I later purchased alginate and casting materials from Amazon at a fraction of the price, with larger quantities and more chances to get it right.
