Crystalised Ginger

Really well-prepared crystallised ginger. Soft and not too sweet. Perfect for sorting out indigestion or baking. Fabulous in cakes; try it in apple pie. I also chop it through my homemade damson jam.

Very tasty but tiny pieces, prefer the larger chunks as they aren't coated in as much sugar

Great value and perfect in cereals or yogurt
