Good business but poor quality yarn

The delivery and communication from this business was great but the actual yarn is very poor. It is chenile and very thick but there are knots and bald patches in nearly every ball that I have used. 1 ball that I used I had to make 5 joins in it as faults.were that frequent. I would not recommend this yarn.
