Vortex Air™ Pro Plus (2026 Upgrade) Bladeless Hot & Cool Fan

I have to say that it does blow cool air which is excellent, it's just a pity that it is in my house which is south facing and is being used on the hotest week ever ! That said it is doing a very good job and i wouldn't be without it. Easy to use and control and light enough to move around the home.

At low speeds, the fan is pretty quiet, but as you'd expect gets much louder at higher settings. Fan is overall pretty good. Mainly bought it for its dual heating/cooling function. It produces a good cool air stream once you get up to around half speed and the heater is good too. Overall happy with the product.

The product itself is greatmespecially in this heat. The customer service is awful. No next day delivery, what appeara to be a fake tracking no,the real one arrives over a week later. Emails are never answered and the customer service no is a large queue and when you get to one, theres a recorded message telling tou to email, rememberemail never answered. Fan arrived after 2 weeks
