Fantastic Jeans + Shopping Experience

Been in the Japanese raw denim game for over a decade and BiG has always been considered one of the most revered retailers in the industry since the Superfuture forum days back in 2008. Second annual trip to this Denver location and the shopping experience was everything you would expect from one of the best in the game. The staff (don't know their names but there were 4 of them) helped my friend and I try on so many different pairs of jeans from so many different brands in so many different sizes, and they were super patient and knowledgeable about the cuts / fabrics / and taste (in terms of what looks good). They had most of the bigger brands in stock in a bunch of different cuts / sizes / fabrics / styles. Walked in with my eyes on the PBJ xx-019s, walked out 30 mins later with exactly what I came looking for. The jeans themselves don't need any shilling. PBJ's flagship 14 oz denim is super dark + inky, and really comfortable from day one. It's been about three or four days of wearing them and they have already stretched out SUBSTANTIALLY from the slimmer fit when I tried them on in-store. I've previously worn a pair of the xx-012 double indigo denim from PBJ for years until they fell apart, and it's easy to forget how beautiful this fabric is when you first get your hands on it. Now I get to relive the previous experience in the normal, single-indigo version. Also the BiG exclusive versions with the custom patch and the blue back pocket leaf are really cool, and a "IYKYK" conversation starter. The jeans will be my daily drivers until I get to return to Denver next year to buy another pair. Can't rave enough about how much I love shopping here and plan on being a customer for decades to come.
