I wear the Long Sleeves All the times Its a nice not too thin/thick fabric It will shrink a bit I weigh at around 158-164 lbs depending on the workload and on the workout 1.75 cm 5’8” The M came a bit bigger than what i usually wear With a few washes its going to fit perfectly Not tight, not wide Just perfect
