Deluxe Washable Wool Comforter - Light

I purchased a wool comforter from Woolroom expecting premium quality and a comfortable sleep experience, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations at all. The comforter felt much heavier and less breathable than advertised. Instead of helping regulate temperature, I often found myself too warm during the night. For a product marketed as a natural, luxury bedding solution, the overall comfort was disappointing. What made the experience even worse was the return process. I purchased the comforter believing Woolroom stood behind its products and return policy, but when I decided the comforter wasn't right for me, returning it became far more complicated than expected. The customer service experience left me frustrated and feeling like the company was more focused on avoiding returns than helping customers. For the high price charged, I expected a much better product and a smoother customer experience. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another comforter from Woolroom and would not recommend it to others looking for hassle-free customer service. Overall, this was an expensive disappointment that failed to live up to the company's marketing and promises.

I am getting a really good night sleep with this comforter. It is a wonderful comforter not too heavy and not to light perfect
