was really looking forward to this kit, but unfortunately the colours do not match the picture shown online at all. I contacted customer support and received a replacement, hoping the issue would be resolved. However, the second kit had exactly the same problem. Despite clearly showing that the result does not reflect what is advertised, no refund was offered. Instead, the company referred to internal specifications, which does not change the actual customer experience. In the end, I was left with a product that does not meet expectations and no fair solution. Very disappointing experience.

You delivered the product in an usable condition. The sheet was rolled tight and thin and there was no board shown in the product description.

It is so addicting. Got enough paint to finish the painting. Quality is amazing. Love love love it.
