This lemon honey jelly is really special and versatile! I have used it in a lot ways- swirled in tea, on vanilla custard, with cheese, tossed strawberries in it and even added a little to a buttercream icing I made. I think it would be incredible in a salad dressing and even used in a marinade. This jelly is excellent!!!
