Teava 3-in-1 Smart Tea Infuser

I really like it and use it daily. Very easy to use and clean. I would love to see two upgrades #1 I would like it to hold an additional 1-2 ounces. #2 the stainer needs to be a finer grade. I'm still finding more than a desirable amount of tea leaves in my tea.

Well, very attractive. The item does not work well. First of all it’s much smaller than I expected and does not hold the amount of liquid it claims to. I put in my normal amount of loose tea, turned it over to steep, and when I flipped it back over, the tea was very weak. I’ve only used it once. It does not fit my needs.

These items Reese was received one was broken. Glass was everywhere. I cannot believe the stuff is coming out of the country and so poorly packed. You don’t ship boxes with thin wrappers with glass all in it and just a plastic wrapper instead of a box, it would be bubble wrap that Amazon would do. I will no longer shop through Shop anymore. I’d rather go through Amazon and then I’m trying to find out how to return one of these that are damaged your contact somebody and nobody’s getting back with me and I can’t even find out how to return or report anything and get an answer
