Dog House

I ordered this item personalized. When it arrived it was broken. I filed a claim, sent picture. Claim was approved and they would send me another one. Received new one and it was not personalized….not happy! I spend a lot of money every year buying ornaments for each family member! Poor customer service

Ornament review

I was so excited when I ordered my personalized ornaments and when They arrived they weren’t personalized! So to save time I reordered them and when I received my confirmation again my ornaments were not showing as personalized! So, I called customer service and sent an email request. My order was correct, but 1 doghouse was rec’d broken. I order ornaments for my entire family every year an usually very satisfied! Hoping to get this years issues corrected before Christmas.
