Synergetic Race Grease is very good for: bearings that have been disassembled and then cleaned well and then treated with this grease; gone is the noise or stiff running and also keep turning very nicely for a long time in the wheelset in which I have applied it. Good product as always from Silca highly recommended.

Used this to rebuild my pedals, they spin much smoother now, so 2 months in and msny pedals, bb and hub bearings later, i needed more. Won’t use anything else.
