Apply carefully, don't let it drip on the paintwork, or rub off quickly. A superb product I've used it a number of times on the mohair convertible roof. It leaves an excellent finish and is reliably waterproof as well as keeping the material flexible. The convertible roof on my MGB has lasted for more than 20 years and is still in excellent condition.
