Purchased the Bark Away had it about 10 days now it's marvellous took a couple of days using it before my dog reacted no jumping up the TV

Ongoing complain
Ongoing complaint, neither of the 2 Bark Aways, fully charged, have any effect on our 3 dogs either indoor/outdoor, asked to return to UK, only given China address & nothing else, very poor communicating, waste of £30 + buying new charger costing £7. Very disappointed & dissatisfied & prefer full refund, offered 20% refund by e-mail.

I cant fault it my dog hates it only have to pick it up now and she moves away from the fence where she jumps at next doors dog and my neighbour as also ordered one for her dogs as they dont like it either so quieter gardens
