We are very satisfied about the groundingproducts. We mentioned after the first night of using the bedsheet that we were more rested in the morning. After a few weeks, we didn't slept at home, but we felt the difference. Our sleep is improved and we are feeling less stiffness in the morning. The groundingmat and pads helps us for grounding during the day. I'm using it during meditation, it brings me faster in a calmer state. Even our cat loves it to lay on his pillow that's on top of the pad. The quality is very high from all products. We can recommend every groundingproduct.
